These images, showcasing work made by students in the Summer 2009 Advanced Black and White class at Youth in Focus were included in a traveling show entitled "Escape from Reality..." The show was most recently exhibited at Tutta Bella's Restaurant in Columbia City, Seattle, Washington. Youth in Focus is a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower urban teens, through photography, to experience their world in new ways and make positive changes in their lives. Youth in Focus gives local youth the opportunity to express themselves visually in a supportive environment. http://www.youthinfocus.org
